At Impact Parts we promote a family-like culture.  We believe that taking care of the people that run the show and treating them like family is key to a successful work environment.  Throughout the years anyone that has joined the Impact team has been given the opportunity to learn and grow whilst being treated with dignity and respect.  We encourage open communication between staff and management and change rules and procedures accordingly to continually foster fairness.  Agreeably, some of our team members have been in the journey of the company for 10 + years and therefore have acquired knowledge and experience to serve our customers more effectively.
